A beginner’s guide to specialty coffee and alternative brews.

This workshop helps you understand fundamental information about coffee so you can identify and brew a great cup of coffee at home.

  • learn about different coffee varietes and how climate, altitude, soil, processing and roasting affect the final result
  • find out what specialty coffee is and why it matters
  • dive deep into alternate brewing methods as we explain techniques for v60, aeropress, french press and so on.
  • taste different origins brewed using a v60 and notice the differences in aromatic profiles, body, acidity & sweetness
  • go hands on and prepare your own v60, on the spot

Good to know

What is the refund policy?
If for any reason you cannot attend the workshop, you need to let us know at least 48 hours in advance. In this case a 50% of the total amount you paid will be refunded. If you do not attend the workshop and don't let us know in adnvance, you will not be issued a refund. If case of illness or accident or any force majeure event, you will be offered a place in the next workshop at a later date.
Is there a certification involved?
We don’t offer a certification following this workshop. We are passionate about coffee and the potential it has to start conversations, bring people together and support communities. The goal is to help you discover ways in which you can enjoy it, connect with others and maybe start you on your way to becoming a barista in the future.
Can the workshop be cancelled?
Yes, in case we less than 6 participants register, or in force majeure situations, the event will be rescheduled. In that case, you will either be refunded the amount or you can choose to participate in the event at the rescheduled date.
What happens if I can’t make it?
Please call us at 0748-808-019 and let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can free up your spot for someone else.
How do I pay?
For now, payment is done at the time of the event or anytime before at the location. Just come on over and let our staff know that you have reserved a spot and give them your name.
